A Pop (moment) is a post format that lets you record a dual, unified video, captured simultaneously or in stages, using both cameras (front and rear) on your phone. While one camera records the scene, the other captures you.
You can also create a Pop (moment) with one photo and one video, and soon it will be possible to create one using two photos, captured in the app, with no upload.
