Deletion permanently erases your profile, your Pops (moments) and RePops from the platform. However, to comply with the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil’s internet framework law), we keep the technical records of date, time and IP address stored securely for a period of 6 months. After that period, the data is erased or anonymised.
You can request the deletion of your data through the PopMe app or by emailing dpo@popme.io. Anonymised data may be kept for statistical purposes and for infrastructure security.
